The Veterans Peace of Mind Project assists veterans and their families living with PTSD. Our members are welcomed into a relaxed, friendly environment and instructed in simple mindfulness practices, training the mind to remain present. This lessens the impact of past events. Subsequently, veterans learn to react less to the raw and at times overwhelming emotions associated with PTSD.

Our mindfulness training has been shown to reduce the biological measures of stress. If you are a veteran or family member living with PTSD, the Veterans Peace of Mind Project can help, free of charge. Contact us to find out more about our programs or to make a donation to support a veteran.

Schedule:

Fearless Victory meets every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at:

Medicine Horse Ranch
8778 Arapahoe Avenue
Boulder, CO 80303

We will arrange demonstrations/orientations for individuals or groups who would like to know more about the Fearless Victory Program. In addition, weekly mindfulness instruction is available for individuals who would prefer to learn mindfulness without interaction with horses.
